XacBank’s insider policy
XacBank’s Board of Directors approved the bank’s Insider policy which is intended to ensure that all relevant persons comply with rules on insider dealing as described in the law.
Relevant persons are strictly prohibited from trading, either personally or on behalf of others, on material nonpublic information or communicating material nonpublic information to others, or engage in Insider trading in violation of the law.
XacBank employees recognize and understand that the XacBank is often in receipt of potentially material nonpublic information given the nature and range of XacBank’s engagements with clients and customers. Without exception, XacBank employees owe a duty of confidentiality to clients as provided under the relevant agreements or contracts.
The bank’s Insider policy further promotes XacBank’s ethics and values.
