Protect yourself from cybercrime!
Police records show that lately many businesses and individuals are becoming victims of cybercrime and tends to increase in the future. Therefore, Police have been warning people to be more cautious.

In line with our principles, we put safety and confidentiality of our clients first and prioritize their rights.
We are giving the following advices to those who are transferring payments outside of Mongolia for business and personal reasons, who are making online purchases and internet banking users.
- If you have received emails regarding change in your business partner’s account number and urging you to make payments, be sure to confirm the account number through a phone call, official letter, in person and through other reliable channels.
- Cyber criminals create similar website extension and email addresses to commit fraud. Do not limit your information channels by only website and email, but other sources as official letters and through direct phone calls.
- If you have lost your personal picture or video online and being blackmailed to make payments, make sure you report it to the police.
- If you have received text message or an email stating that you have won a lottery or inheritance to receive large amount of money, this could be a case of fraud.
By taking the advices above and being more alert you can protect yourself from becoming cybercrime victim.
