XacBank named “Top Bank of 2015” of Sustainable Finance Principles
Mongolian Bankers Association successfully organized its 10th annual meeting on 15th of December and named the Best of 2015. XacBank’s social and environmental friendly efforts and initiations have been highly valued and presented as the “Top Bank of 2015” of the Mongolian Sustainable Finance Principles by the Mongolian Bankers Association.
Financial industry serves as the basis of social and economic development by finding effective solutions to environmental and social issues through its service. Banks have signed the Joint Commitment Statement of Mongolian Sustainable initiations to support the development of appropriate financing principles into Mongolian banking practices by committing to integrate environmental and social responsibilities into business decisions and launched the Mongolian Sustainable Principles and Sector Guidelines with one voice.
It has been an honor for XacBank to be selected to take leadership in Mongolian Sustainable Finance Principles for 2015 for its ethical principles, transparent system and environment oriented efforts.
For the outstanding social performance of the Bank, Planet Rating granted grade ‘4’ Satisfactory for XacBank and awarded Client Protection Certification to serve as the first organization in Mongolia to implement The Smart Campaign’s Client Protection Principles.
