XacBank information security meets international standards
As information security becomes a high priority and a due standard for any sector, XacBank has pioneered the Mongolian banking system with the introduction of a complex IT infrastructure covering the whole banking IT system, all in compliance with the ISO 27001 standard.
The ISO 27001 certificate was granted to XacBank on the basis of the audit reports performed by the AQC certification body, a JAS-ANZ (Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand) accreditation body, reporting that XacBank has fulfilled the due standard.
Introduction of this standard ensures the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all information assets. With each component of the Bank Information Technology System in place, the bank’s products and services will be able to be delivered to the customers in a continuous and secure manner.
To further ensure bank security, all of the monitoring camera systems in Ulaanbaatar branches and settlement centers have been renovated.
