
XacBank’s Customer Service Center has introduced a new system
With the introduction of a new system, all types of information about the bank and its services can be provided for our customers by the XacBank “Customer Service Center”, now available to you through the nearest channels safely and conveniently. In addition to accessing information about the bank’s services, customers may now access our “Customer Service Center” by calling our hotline 1888 (at the regular rates), by sending an e-mail or by web chatting. We have developed these services to meet our customers’ needs by introducing internationally accepted new system that saves our customers’ time.
Although the XacBank “Customer Service Center” has been operating for 7 years the new system was introduced to keep up with changing customers’ needs over time. The new system is based on the latest technology and has the highest levels of security to maintain confidentiality, which makes the relationship between the bank and the customer more simple, efficient and secure. It is noteworthy that our customers’ requests and comments have played a major role in delivering this renovation.
