On 20 August 2026, the Board of Directors of XacBank JSC has resolved to recommend the distribution of interim dividends of MNT 18.00 (eighteen) per share to the shareholders from the Bank’s earnings for the first half of 2026.
Pursuant to such decision, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders shall be organized through online ballot voting from 17 September 2026 to 09 October 2026. If the dividend distribution is approved through this meeting, the dividends will be distributed to the shareholders following approval from the Bank of Mongolia.
The date on which shareholders are deemed eligible for participation in the shareholders’ meeting is established as the Record Date for shareholders entitled to the disbursement of the said interim dividend.
