The Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of XacBank JSC (the “EGM”) was successfully organized by online ballot voting from 17 September 2026 to 09 October 2026. With a shareholder participation rate of 76.5%, the EGM had the required quorum and resolved on the declaration and distribution of interim dividends from 2026 first half-year earnings in the amount of MNT 18 per share, totaling MNT 18.9 billion, as recommended by the Board of Directors.

Pursuant to the approval granted by the Bank of Mongolia, the interim dividends, net of applicable withholding taxes, have been transferred to the Mongolian Central Securities Depository (the “MCSD”) accounts. The MCSD will transfer the dividends to each shareholder’s account within three business days.

Shareholders registered as of 14 September 2026, the record date for establishing shareholders entitled to attend the EGM, are eligible to receive the dividend, and may contact their respective securities brokerage/dealer companies for further information.
