Naveen Agarwal advises boards and companies in financial services and healthcare on innovation, digital transformation, AI, and marketing. Naveen brings deep P/L operating experience and his career spans 30+ years in CEO and other C level operating roles at public companies and startups. He is passionate about using AI and technology to create new business models, serve customers better, and increase productivity.

Prior to NavDots, Naveen was Chief Customer Officer at Prudential Financial (NYSE: PRU) and led global digital technology, customer experience, data sciences/AI, and marketing. He led company’s digital transformation efforts, setup of companies Corporate Venture Fund, and tech driven M&A efforts.

Naveen’s entrepreneurial background includes 20+ years in Silicon Valley. He was the CEO and Board Director at Pricelock, an online marketplace for large energy buyers and sellers; served as President of E*TRADE Capital Management and ran E*TRADE’s retirement, mutual funds, investments, corporate stock plans and benefits, and wealth management businesses. He also held executive roles at startups and public companies including Renaissance Software, SunGard and TCS. He brings expertise in SaaS, stochastic and quantitative pricing and risk techniques, asset and wealth management, brokerage, credit, insurance, and retail and institutional financial services.

Naveen frequently speaks on wide-ranging topics and is well respected in AI, growth, and transformation advisory. He serves on the board of Ascension, one of the nation’s leading health systems with 125+ hospitals, serving communities in 19+ states. He is a Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group; advises SY Partners, world’s leading company on corporate culture; is on CNBC Councils Advisory Board & Tech Executive Council; advises various VC/PE funds on their investments and deal diligence; is on board of 2021.ai, a startup out of Copenhagen, Denmark; is a Senior Advisor to AI4All; is a Fellow at Creative Destruction Lab at University of Wisconsin; and has served as an independent board member and chair of audit committee for Leo Holdings (NYSE: LHC).

Naveen holds an MBA from Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi, India.

Jim Dunn

Former Advocate Health, EVP, Chief People and Culture Officer

Jim D. Dunn, PhD, DHA, DAST, FACHE, is executive vice president and chief people and culture officer for Advocate  Health, one of the largest non-profit and leading academic health systems in the United States. As a member of the executive leadership team, Dunn leads teams that focus on the engagement of Atrium Health teammates – from recruitment through retirement – including workforce relations, diversity and inclusion, language services, compensation, benefits, learning and organizational development, teammate health, LiveWELL, recognition, events and HR communications, social impact and health equity.

With more than 30 years of experience, Dunn joined Atrium Health in 2018. Previously, he served as a research scientist with the Georgia Tech Research Institute and the leader of global HR operations for former President Jimmy Carter at the Carter Presidential Center in Atlanta. Additional leadership positions held throughout his career include serving as adjunct and distinguished faculty for multiple universities including the Harvard School of Public Health, MIT Sloan School of Management, Morehouse School of Medicine, Emory University, University of Chicago and the University of Texas at Dallas.

Dunn is a state registered professional mediator, specializing in workplace conflict resolution strategies and a fellow (FACHE) and faculty member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He was also selected by the US Congress to serve on the Congressional Award Foundation’s National Board of Directors and serves as a member and contributing writer for CNBC and Forbes Workforce and HR Councils. Jim also currently serves as Board Chair, Harvey Gantt African-American Center for the Arts and Trustee and Vice-Chair for Central Piedmont Community College, both in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Among his many achievements, Dunn has received the Outstanding Business Leader Award from the Dallas Business Journal, the South Dallas Outstanding Leader Award, and the Global Strategic HR and OD Award from the Organizational Development Institute for his work on informal cultures. He also was named among the 2018 and 2020 Most Influential African Americans in Corporate America by Savoy Magazine. Dunn was also selected as a finalist for 2021 CHRO of the Year by HRO Today Association.

Dunn holds Bachelor of Science degrees in chemistry and macro-environmental science from Howard University, a master’s degree in business administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and a master’s degree in public health from Emory University. Additionally, he holds doctoral degrees in education, organizational development and healthcare administration from Emory University, Benedictine University and the Medical University of South Carolina, respectively.

InaMarie Johnson

Former Zendesk, Chief People & Diversity Officer

Ms. Johnson is a seasoned human resource professional with experience serving at multiple companies during periods of strategic transformation. She is an inspirational leader entrusted with enabling the effectiveness and wellbeing of employees across organizations. She has guided companies and leadership teams through massive turnarounds and inflection points, recognizing opportunities to champion initiatives that go beyond awareness and transform the mindsets and behaviors that shape a culture.

As part of her tenured career, Ms. Johnson served as Zendesk’s Chief People and Diversity Officer from 2018 to 2022, leading the company’s vision for delivering a great employee experience. She spearheaded Zendesk’s 2020 pivot to a digital-first culture where all employees can thrive regardless of location and created a leader-led diversity model for its employees, customers, and communities worldwide, gaining top-level support and establishing programs in pursuit of true social equity. Before Zendesk, from July 2015 to June 2018, Ms. Johnson was Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Plantronics, an audio communications company, where she led a cultural transformation and successful CEO transition to jumpstart growth. Previously, from September 2011 to June 2015, she held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at UTi Worldwide Inc., a supply chain management company. Before that, Ms. Johnson held senior leadership roles at Honeywell International Inc., an international technology and manufacturing company for 10 years, including Vice President, Human Resources Functional Transformation and Vice President, Human Resources, Communication, and Six Sigma.

Ms. Johnson holds a B.A. in Social Sciences, with an emphasis in Human Resource Management, from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.A. in Organizational Development and Management from John F. Kennedy University in California.

Mario Marte

Former Chewy, Chief Financial Officer

Mario Marte is the former Chief Financial Officer of Chewy, Inc. (NYSE: “CHWY”), the world’s largest online retailer of pet products and services.

Key Qualifications & Experience: 

• Finance Expertise – As the former Chief Financial Officer of Chewy, Inc., Mr. Marte brings financial depth and breadth to a public company Board. In his current role, Mr. Marte led the successful initial public offering of Chewy in June 2019 and leads all finance, accounting, tax, capital markets, and investor relations functions for the company. Prior to becoming CFO, he led financial planning and analysis and treasury in three successful private fundraisings and the sale of Chewy to BC Partners in 2017. He has over two decades of experience in finance at American Airlines, Hilton Worldwide and Chewy. 
• Growth / E-commerce / Transformation Experience – Mr. Marte has experience in growth and transformation, having established the financial planning, operations finance and treasury functions at Chewy Inc. He also worked closely with the leadership team to reengineer the company’s financial strategy and long-term growth plan in the first six months after joining Chewy. These steps led the company to grow from $250 million in revenue to more than $11 billion in eight years while rapidly scaling to profitability and the lead position in e-commerce for the pet category. 

• Governance and Risk Management – In his role as Chief Financial Officer of Chewy and as a member of both the Audit and Nominating, Corporate Governance, and Public Policy committees at Best Buy, Mr. Marte has had extensive experience in corporate governance and risk management at all levels of the company from internal controls and insurance programs, to risk mitigation and recovery, and cybersecurity. In partnership with Chewy’s Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Marte helped establish the CISO organization and cybersecurity program at Chewy, building the program as the company prepared for the public markets.  
• Global Expertise – Mr. Marte has held finance and functional roles at large, global and capital- intensive companies in travel and hospitality. He has worked internationally, based in Spain and the United Kingdom, while leading teams across several countries and regions including Asia Pacific, Latin America, North America and Europe. He has operated in a variety of cultures, regulatory and currency regimes, and has implemented processes and systems that accelerate time and improve visibility into business performance across business lines and on a global basis. 

An ardent supporter of the performing and visual arts, Mario has served on the Boards of The Dallas Opera (as Trustee) and Creative Arts Center of Dallas where he was Board Vice President. Mario is also an avid reader, and a fitness enthusiast who has completed several marathons and half-marathons. 

Harry Moseley

Harry D. Moseley is a (Senior) Advisor to the Deutsche Börse, DRATA, Schelllman, Security Scorecard, Stripes  and Journey, a Board Advisor to Arrangr, Bite Investments and Roam, a Board Member of Rewards Network, and a Board Trustee of the NY Metro Region for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

He has over 4.5 decades of experience in technology, having held several senior leadership positions: Global CIO for Zoom Video Communications; CIO for KPMG US; CIO and Partner at Blackstone; CIO of Global Investment Banking/Co-CIO for Credit Suisse First Boston, and CTO for UBS Americas.

Harry was inducted into CIO Magazine’s Hall of Fame, recognized as one of the world’s top 100 CIOs by Computerworld, twice honored by Irish Magazine as one of its Annual Wall Street 50, awarded the 2020 Leadership CIO of the Year by InspireCIO, the 2022 CIO and IT Leader of the Year for the Private Sector, was a 2022 Irish America Business 100 Honoree and awarded the HMG Global Leadership award in 2023. Additionally, Harry has given numerous presentations including a TEDx talk about working and living in the virtual world.

He is originally from Dublin, Ireland, and is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin with degrees in Engineering, Computer Science, and Mathematics. He lives in New York with his wife Rachel, their dog Hershey (Goldendoodle) and has three children in three time zones (San Diego, Baltimore and Zurich).
