testwiki is currently being served by the bare-metal appserver cluster.
As we are now above 50% of all appserver (internal and external) requests being served by MW-on-K8s, should we move it completely over to it, or wait until we pass 50% of external traffic?
Looking for input from both serviceops and Quality-and-Test-Engineering-Team as I don't really have a firm opinion for it.

I guess that we should now do this, regardless of people's thoughts back in January as to what metric we should use; we've now passed both, by a large margin.
