Resolve key regressions preventing the unified dashboard to replace the desktop one

Description

The new responsive dashboard created for the mobile experience of Content translation is intended to replace the current desktop dashboard. As part of this process, functionality of both versions of the dashboard will be analyzed (T381467) to capture key issues that need to be fixed to avoid important regressions for current users of the desktop dashboard.

In this way, we'll ensure backwards compatibility, and users will be able to use the new dashboard for their usual activities without major issues. Issues identified will be captured as sub-tasks.

Now that the unified dashboard has been the default for 3 months and the desktop dashboard has been inaccessible for 1 month, it's pretty clear that the release blockers have been resolved.

There are still dashboard improvements subtasks, I propose to unlink them (make them independent tasks instead of children of this task) and resolve the current task.
