On https://typescript-eslint.io/getting-started/typed-linting, there is a yellow Caution box:
Your ESLint config file may start receiving a parsing error about type information. See our TSConfig inclusion FAQ.
That box links to https://typescript-eslint.io/troubleshooting/faqs/general#i-get-errors-telling-me-eslint-was-configured-to-run--however-that-tsconfig-does-not--none-of-those-tsconfigs-include-this-file, but the hash portion of the URL does not exist on that FAQ page.
