I noticed that the links to modules used by python-mode is inconsistent throughout the README. Several link to the copyright in the README document itself, while others link to the modules repos/sites directly (e.g., in the opening paragraph).

For consistency, I have opted to remove all copyrights (except that of python-mode), and instead link to the external modules used directly.

As references to these modules have previously been made (in the opening paragraph) there is no need to explicitly list their copyright.
