Fixed example so it will build with cpp-netlib 0.12.0

Sorry, what am I missing here? This already compiles and runs for me, what exactly did it fix? What platform are you using?

I use openSUSE 42.1 with boost 1.58 and GCC 5.
It did not compile because of server::response.
See also this issue: #624

Edit: Never try to write English with swype when an other language keyboard is active...
