Adds two new stories to test the View Source button functionality: - WithViewSourceButton: Shows the button for template administrators - WithoutViewSourceButton: Hides the button for regular users These stories exercise the canUpdateTemplate prop and demonstrate the conditional rendering of the View Source button.
