Problem

When you have a template with a number of prebuilds configured, duplicating the template will immediately create a corresponding number of prebuilds related to that new template. It may not be readily apparent.

Proposed Solution

On the "duplicate template" page /templates/new?fromTemplate=<source_template_id>, show a warning message in the UI if the source template has prebuilds configured:

This template has prebuilds configured. Duplicating this templates will automatically cause %d prebuilds to be created.
