Description of Pull Request:

#2140 added the onFocusOut handler to the focusout event of the .dropdown-menu. This caused an issue on some browsers (e.g. Safari) that the click event on the .dropdown-item wasn't fired anymore.

This PR adds a minimal timeout before setting visible to false which allows all browsers to handle the click event before hiding the menu.
