Bruckner, Tillett, Rossi, Cahill & Associates is a Rochester, N.Y.-based full-service real estate appraisal, analysis and consulting group. We provide quality appraisal services to the entire Upstate New York region. Our principals - Kevin L. Bruckner, MAI, Christopher S. Tillett, MAI, SRA, Alfred T. Rossi, SRA and Patrick W. Cahill, SRA - each bring more than 20+ years of experience to every assignment. All four are accredited by the Appraisal Institute with either the MAI (commercial) or SRA (residential) designation.
