GLT comprises three high-rise buildings offering a total of 720 one, two and three bedroom apartments. Each tower has a health club, spa and gym, and overlooks Emirates Golf Course and Dubai Marina. Building is due to be finished by April 2007.

  • A USD1.5bn development called the Falcon City of Wonders will be built at Dubailand. Covering an area of 40m sqft the development will feature hotels based on the Eiffel Tower, Taj Mahal and Leaning Tower of Pisa, as well as commercial and residential buildings, education and leisure facilities. It will also have a Pharaonic-themed entertainment city.
