of base stations, antenna systems, customer premise equipment
and an element management system. Our adaptive phased-array
antenna technology helps solve the fundamental "power
problem" - an inability to deliver the power budget required
to go through glass and walls, while still delivering broadband
data rates. Unlike fixed wireless options, Navini's solution
delivers nomadic broadband capability without having to install
anything at the customer premise.
The Navini solution is cost-effective, as well. Our solution
delivers a total cost of ownership up to 50 percent less than
DSL or cable, and up to 70 precent lower than today's fixed
wireless broadband offerings. Depending on the needs of the
carrier, the Navini solution can function as either a substitute
for, or a complement to, DSL and cable systems.
And, Navini's technology is derived from the TD-SCDMA standards.
In fact, one of Navini's founders, Dr.
Xu, wrote the initial draft for TD-SCDMA.
