Description

Steps to replicate the issue:

Use an account with autoreview right (e. g. bot account in Russian Wikipedia).
Create a page in a namespace with FlaggedRevs enabled.
Rename the page.

What happens?:

Page is being pending for reveiw. Test example in Russian Wikipedia:
https://ru.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Шаблон:Песочница/test2&action=history

What should have happened instead?:

Page should be reviewed automatically according to autoreview right.

UPD: the same problem occurs with page protections.

The problem that page move was not autoreviewed were reported in finnish wikipedia too. In the report was mentioned that autoreview of page moves was worked on 21:58, 3 April 2024‎ and in 11:47, 4 April 2024‎ it was broken.
