This is related to utPLSQL/utPLSQL-SQLDeveloper#6
Java-api should provide a simple way to run a list of specific tests, giving immediate feedback.
MVP to start with:
- API-method requires a list of concrete tests (PACKAGE.PROCEDURE) of a specific owner
- returns results for each test with information: Success/Fail, Message
