Heard from @stof (see symfony/symfony#11593 for more information) that the Symfony core team is now able to automatically squash commits from a PR.

I think we have to remove the parts explaining moderators can ask people to squash their commits, or at least, say explicitly that they have a tool to do that. (http://symfony.com/doc/current/contributing/code/patches.html#rework-your-patch)
