[BUG][DependencyInjection] Logger service has a construct error since #10619 #10626
Description
Since the PR #10619, An error of type hinting occurs during the construction of the prototype service 'monolog.logger':
ContextErrorException: Catchable Fatal Error: Argument 2 passed to Monolog\Logger::__construct() must be of the type array, string given, called in .../project/app/cache/dev/appDevDebugProjectContainer.php
In the appDevDebugProjectContainer.php file, the getLoggerService method has in her first line:
$this->services['logger'] = $instance = new \Symfony\Bridge\Monolog\Logger('', 'app');
So it should be like this:
$this->services['logger'] = $instance = new \Symfony\Bridge\Monolog\Logger('app');
