Ruby 3.1 is missing the documentation in Ruby 3.1, but notably the official documentation is also missing the documentation for Matrix. https://docs.ruby-lang.org/en/3.1/Matrix.html

I had a quick looked at https://bugs.ruby-lang.org but didn't find any existing issue. Maybe this is intentional?
