jedi before 0.19.2 was incompatible with Python 3.13. This was fixed [here](https://github.com/davidhalter/jedi/commit/255186376e6fd1d3460a0d0541a3dceb436a52b1). To support Python 3.13, pylsp should require at least jedi 0.19.2.
