OK thanks - 0.6.2.1 was the version installed by default using pip install on that version of Mint; on a different machine running Mint 22 it installs 0.7.3 and that works - not sure if the issue was with the version of python-kasa, Mint or Python itself - but this combination is good, so thank you! |

Hi,
First attempt using python-kasa, I've connected to the WiFi SSID of the Tapo bulb but when I try to discover it I get:
I can connect to it using the iPhone app, just not using python-kasa; any pointers? I'm using kasa version 0.6.2.1 on Linux Mint 20.3
