make html always results in zip error *** buffer overflow detected ***: terminated in CI action #988
Description
After the long build time issue (ref) being resolved, zipping (one of the final processes of make html) always ends up an error in GitHub action. make text has no such issue (no zipping process I guess) and I can't reproduce the issue on my Mac.
