Several `pyproject.toml settings are sensitive to trailing comma

Basically, all settings that use `try_split` are affected: https://github.com/python/mypy/blob/5ee02cd3d9ec2baa57f401b1f4302fa9f05657f3/mypy/config_parser.py#L192-L217

I am working on a fix.
