Add asterisk tag to moudle_globals in library/linecache.rst #136656

In the doc of linecache
I think it should be without having to carry the *module_globals* around indefinitely. instead of without having to carry the module globals around indefinitely. (or am I wrong?) I have this problem when @mattwang44 and I are translating this doc, and we are both confused about this one. Not quite sure of the change.
