Windows ARM64 builds fail index tests #103097
Description
Due to a compiler bug, some functionality involving large integers fail on ARM64. Bug details at https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/t/Regression-in-MSVC-1433-1434-ARM64-co/10224361
The issue has been fixed, but has not been released in the last three months. So I'm going to add the targeted workaround suggested by the devs.
