Documentation states:

Crate Feature Flags: wasm

Enables compilation for the wasm32-unknown-unknown target and provides access to a bindings module containing wrappers around functions exported by the plotly.js library.

However, this feature flag was removed from plotly Cargo.toml in e80f837.

This appears to remove wasm support from the plotly crate.
