Feature description

As part of managing all of our infrastructure as code, we have developed a framework for managing our Snowflake resources. It uses the python apis which under the covers utilize the REST API.

This was one of the main use-cases I was hoping to use Localstack's Snowflake service for so that we didn't have to stand up and tear down infrastructure during development inside a real Snowflake account?

Based on this reply to my original query in Slack, it sounds like this is not currently supported but might be added to the roadmap.

As it stands, this severely curtails the usefulness of localstack for our team.
