When we run scaletests, either manually or via automation (nightly, weekly, etc.), we want to see an event in Slack reporting the result from the scaletest run.

The report should include:

• Status: success / fail
• Links to control panel, graphs, etc.

Further improvement:

• Small summary (e.g. did we keeping within, or exceed, baseline metrics)
  • We would keep to only analyzing CPU and memory consumption initially
