As we build out the scaffolding for the UI in general, we need make sure that the way we name / title / label all the pages / sections / features uses consistent casing.

There are many places in the V1 UI where we have used titles that upper-case the first first letter of the first word then lower-case the second and elsewhere we have used the pattern of upper-case for the first letter of all the words.
Ex:

Workspace providers vs Workspace Providers

We need to pick one style and user it consistently.
