chore: improve wording of dormant workspace notification #17099
Description
When a workspace is marked as dormant, a notification is sent to the workspace owner.
As part of the coder inbox topic - we reviewed all notifications and want to improve template for WorkspaceMarkedAsDormant notification.
Here's the new expected payload :
Your workspace **{{workspace_name}}** has been marked as **dormant** due to inactivity exceeding the dormancy threshold.
This workspace will be automatically deleted in {{time_remaining}} if it remains inactive.
To prevent deletion, activate your workspace using the link below.
