The current content in Networking describes things that are useful, but not what I'd think of first for networking.

1. Move the current content to other places as necessary
2. Use the "101" section from the google doc @bpmct put together as this admin/networking/index page
3. Add the other sections as a (or several) page under this to dive further into the networking stack.
