Overview

A user wanted to prevent the forced restart from Autostop requirement by restarting their workspace, as advised by the new Autostop heads-up UI component. However, restarting the workspace didn't prevent the workspace from shutting down at the start of their quiet hours.

The intended behavior would be to suspend the Autostop requirement to the following day given their quiet hours schedule (Daily @ 2AM).

This is causing forced shutdown even when the workspace was just restarted.
