Hi, you recently upgraded to @actions/artifact v2: #55

Unfortunately this package is not compatible with GHES:

I don't think this error actually prevents anything from working, but it does mean that all of our GitHub Actions are failing now.

Is it possible to downgrade until this package is GHES-compatible?
